Coffee tastes burnt

This is a really small outlet in the the Royal Hawaiian Center. It serves mainly street traffic and the Sheraton Waikiki which it is next to. Decent service. Make sure to ask for a dry cappuccino if you don’t want a latte-like drink.

I'm sitting here enjoying a latte and people watching. It's a small spot to just relax and talk to people for I just met a woman who was married here in 1967, only at a Starbucks you'll have that moment in time. Aloha from a local girl of Honolulu, Hawaii.

How can you go wrong with Starbucks!?... by not going in it! They serve Kona coffee too...

Convenient location, very small... more for takeout.

Staff here is super friendly, although there are only outdoor sitting so during the afternoon hours it can get too hot to be enjoying your beverages. This location. Doesn’t have a restroom either at the location. It tends to be very busy as crowded during the mornings but the staff are nice and works very hard to get your order ready and correct as best as they can.

This starbucks is very small they only have outdoor seating but its hawaii wouldnt rather sit outside anyway. The staff are all super friendly and they try very hard to get your order right and fast. There isnt a restroom here but there are two close by and they were happy to point them out to me. Over all good experience.

They have no capachinos. It seemed odd as it is the U.S.

Great coffee. Staff were friendly. Very little seating. This is a "grab and go" location, rather than a "stay and relax" location.

They are open at 3am! What more do you want?😃I went at 4am and everyone was surprisingly awake. I thought they did a good job. Good selections and clean store. Easy access to beach hotels.

The "Caramel Ribbon Crunch" (I think it was called) was awesome.

Convenient opening times. Was one of a few places open early in the morning. Had a really nice bagel and coffee. customer service was good. One of the better chain experiences I have had.

Our favorite Starbucks in Waikiki! The coffee is very good but the service is amazing. Always a busy spot but the staff is so efficient and even better, always smiling and friendly. And sitting with our coffee on their exterior terrace on Lewers is a great way to start the day in Waikiki.
